Cecilio Asuncion | Executive Director
Cece Asuncion (he/him) is an out and proud gay Filipino producer, director, and advocate based in Los Angeles, CA. He is the founder of Slay Model Management, the world’s first transgender-exclusive modeling agency, and a GLAAD Media Award-winning producer of STRUT on the Oxygen Network, co-produced with Whoopi Goldberg.
His groundbreaking documentary What’s The T?, which follows the lives of five transgender women, received global acclaim, screening at festivals like the Palm Springs International Film Festival, where it won the Audience Choice Award, and Rio Gay de Cinema in Brazil. The film is available on Hulu, Amazon, and Comcast On Demand.
He has judged Miss Universe, co-hosted Miss Teen USA, and produced Slay Model Search on HereTV, the first global trans-exclusive modeling competition. As a sought-after speaker on transgender advocacy, he has presented at NYU, Stanford, and University of Colorado, using his platform to educate and inspire.
His passion for storytelling and commitment to uplifting marginalized communities remain at the core of his work.

Miguel Santos | Programming Director
Miguel Santos (he/him) is an award-winning media executive and producer, currently serving as the COO of JungoTV and Whoopi Goldberg’s All Women’s Sports Network. He specializes in creating, curating, marketing, and distributing content to niche audiences, including multicultural and international markets. Miguel’s versatility and expertise is reflected in the wide variety of media properties he has worked on, including Korean broadcaster SBS, Black Belt Magazine, and The Dr. Oz Show.
Previously, he was the General Manager of Asian-American cable network Myx TV, where he helped expand Filipino media conglomerate ABS-CBN’s presence with original shows distributed globally on platforms like Netflix and NBCUniversal. Miguel began his career at MTV Networks Asia, quickly rising through the ranks to become one of the region’s heads of production, overseeing everything from on-air promotions to awards shows.
Recognized as a NAMIC Luminary and one of Cablefax’s Most Influential Minorities in Cable, Miguel is also a proud member of the Producers Guild of America and the Television Academy.

Michael Daly | Development Director
Michael Daly (he/him) is a sales and marketing professional with more than twenty-five years of experience developing integrated marketing and communications campaigns for brands. He began his career at a start-up marketing agency based in Philadelphia, leading event and experiential marketing programs for clients.
He later spent over twenty years at Johnson & Johnson, holding various roles in sales, product, and brand management. While at J&J, Michael created and led consumer and professional campaigns across multiple areas, including the HIV therapeutics group, and served for two years as the marketing lead for J&J’s Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ+ employees.
Now an independent consultant, Michael focuses on helping companies and brands build stronger connections with their customers through more powerful storytelling. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he now divides his time between Miami and California.
